The pick up was punctual. Places visited were amazing. Tour/Driver was ok to explain things about each places. He did his job, nothing more , nothing less

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and visited many places. The day was long but well worth the time, we saw so many things and made so many memories. The coach driver/guide was excellent - Halli. He was informative and interesting to listen to. He gave a wealth of information about the area. He was very personable. The scenery was amazing driving along the way to the various stops. All the Lupins were out and added a carpet of colour to the fields, albeit not a native plant, but to the eye is lovely to see. We enjoyed all the stops - Vik, Stjornarfoss Waterfall, all the glaciers were pointed out along the way too, Glacier Lagoon (Jokulsarlon) was amazing, Diamond Beach (a little disappointing - not much ice on the beach probably due to time of year/time of day) but still glad to have visited, Fagurholsmyri glacier, one additional stop at Reynisfjara black beach to see the basalt rocks before finishing off at Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. This was a full day 16 hours ... but worth every minute if you want to cover a lot of ground. There are also restroom stops with places to purchase food and drinks if required. Highly recommend this tour and the driver/guide he was brilliant.

I had a wonderful experience on the South Coast and Glacier Lagoon day tour with BusTravel. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanations throughout the trip. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, the scenery was still absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed the whole journey and would highly recommend it!

It was fantastic; tour guide (Denis) was always checking the group was complete and everyone was having a great time. I enjoyed his commitment and his attentive personality. I would have preferred for this tour to include Skogafoss since it's right on the way and you get to see Seljandlandfoss and not that one (I don't know if it's because people usually prefer the other one but I did hear people talking about how Skogafoss is just way better but didn't get the chance to visit it). I also believe the stops were fair and good enough, nice places, nice food

This port has very little to do as its a small fishing village. It wqs great to get on a scenic tour to see the glacier and be able to touch the broken off ice flows on the black volcanic beach. Tour was organized and their reps easy to spot coming to shore. Destination facilities were clean and not over crowded. Definitely recommended. Rosa was an excellent guide and helped us resolve and unsavory experienxe with an unruly guest.

Iceland is beautiful and we saw some lovely sights. Our entire experience was ruined by a serious error in judgment by our group leader, Giuseppe. We booked the lagoon boat ride with my brother and his daughter. When we were boarded and ready to go my brother and his daughter were denied passage because he said 2 people were on who did not pay so two had to get off. He made no attempt to find the guilty parties. I had talked my brother into going on this excursion. Giuseppe knew they paid . The rest of the excursion was a disappointment because we were not able to experience it together.
