We had a problem with this provider. They never contacted us indicated they had changed our pick up time. I did not receive a phone call, text, or email regarding the pick up time. I was concerned I had not heard from them so i called them the morning of our scheduled pick up. That is when I was informed of the time change. They told me they messaged me on the viator site. I don't check the viator site daily and I did not receive a notification indicating I had a message waiting. They were unhelpful and unwilling to change the time. Finally a second viator agent (the first one blamed me for change) helped me get 1/2 a refund back which I was able to use to book a last minute taxi. Very stressful!!

Eric was wonderful, a friendly face during a travel storm. He made me feel completely relaxed while he drove through traffic with confidence. Completely reliable and safe!

Great drivers, prompt pickups, good communication. I would not navigate the Montego Bay airport or these roads on my own! Glad to have skilled drivers at Island Dream Tours to transport our family.

Rooms on the Jamaica side are terrible. They gave us a room next to the septic tank. Every time we opened the door the smell would come in. I called maintenance 3 times to fix the light and they came each time but the light still isn't working. Check in took over an hour. Visited Jamaica 4 previous trips and stayed at other hotels and service here does not measure up. The property is nice but the service needs improvement.

Neville and his crew provided exceptional services. I booked hotel transfers and excursions with Island Dream. Kenroy our driver was wonderful!! He got us to our destination safe and on time. He gave us a tour of Jamaica and took us to a local eatery which was the most delicious food we received the entire trip. I felt safe the entire time, Kenroy stayed with us the entire time. We booked the Lethe Bamboo Rafting with Neville who ensured us that we will be taken care of, which was true. Our tour guide Big Shrimp provided us with entertainment and knowledge of Jamaica. This was my first time in Jamaica and I will be returning soon. Neville and his people provided a wonderful Jamaica experience that I will never forget and I will only book with him. You will not regret it.

They were great from beginning to end! Durando was excellent!! He was accommodating, answered all of our questions about Jamaica, and recommended the best restaurants to us! We highly recommend and will definitely book with them when we come back to Jamaica.
