We did a tour of Budapest with Cristina Teplain. She was very professional and prepared. We were very pleased.

Food on this relatively expensive tour was mostly small desserts For the price, I expected an entree or two. Our guide was great, the food was not.
The tour was mostly focused on sweets and pastries so we didn’t get the opportunity to taste the local dishes
Our guide Stephen was absolutely awesome. It was a great culinary tour that he tailored for us but far more than that. His history of Budapest from his teaching days was comparably just as great. He shared what locals eat and how they prepare it. It was a memorable tour that I doubt we will ever forget thanks to Stephen.

Our guide Steven was great. We really enjoyed the variety of foods that he had sample. Our stomachs were full at the end of the tour.

Stephen “the tall man” was an absolute pro! Not only did he make sure we didn’t go hungry but we received a great history and education lesson about Budapest that was just as amazing. His friendly and generous spirit made our tour a great experience. Our food stops were well paced and each stop was steeped in tradition Highly recommend!

Stephen was a wonderful tour guide for our group of 5. We did this tour with him, as well as the city tour the next day with he and Akos. He was great about explaining and showing us traditional Hungarian cuisine while also talking us through the various sites of the city that we passed through. We left the tour with full stomachs, a great appreciation of what we had tried, and a truly wonderful afternoon spent in the city!
