Our driver was on time, met us in the train terminal right outside the platform and helped with luggage to car. The company’s communication was superb and explained how to get the entry ticket (2 Euro) to the express experience in Pompeii. They also arranged for a guide in Pompeii for a 2 hour tour which was an additional cost paid directly to the tour guide. The tour in Pompeii was so informative. (Wear a hat, use sunscreen and take water because there is no shade and it is HOT!). After the tour in Pompeii, the driver met us at the exit, and we travelled on to Sorrento. Our driver called ahead to our hotel so they could meet us at the car upon arrival. Excellent service from start to finish.

Rafael was our driver and he was great! He was waiting at the train station with a sign that had our names on it and was very friendly. Gave us a lot of information while we traveled and stopped at Pompeii and waited 2 hours for us. Great experience!

We were going Rome to Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. Our driver, Gino, was fantastic! He picked us up right when our train got into Naples and quickly got us on the road. We chose the option to stop in Pompeii and the company was able to coordinate a private Pompeii tour, which was awesome! Our tour guide helped us see all the important things at Pompeii while also keeping us from being in the crowds. After Pompeii, Gino picked us up right where he left us and we traveled to Sorrento. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area of Italy we were in. He even stopped so we could take pictures of the coast just prior to getting into Sorrento. This was definitely worth it to not have to worry about moving luggage from train to train and trying to keep it safe. Would definitely recommend

The company arranged a transfer from Naples Airport with a stop at Pompeii, and it was absolutely seamless. Our private guide, Lena, was fantastic – so knowledgeable and passionate, she brought the ruins to life while answering all of our questions along the way. Meanwhile, our driver Vincenzo took great care of us and our luggage, so we didn’t have to worry while exploring. He even provided cold water for us to take on the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch on a hot day. This was the perfect way to start our amalfi journey. Driver was great and met us easily at the train station. The car was super nice with great AC. The tour guide Lina was awesome - clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and she took some great pictures of us. Also recommended a bunch of restaurants to us in Sorrento that were all delicious. I hesitated a bit at the cost but so glad we did the private tour.
