⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Private Tour of Hagia Sophia with Muhammet We had a wonderful private tour of Hagia Sophia with Muhammet and would highly recommend him. His knowledge of Hagia Sophia and the history of Istanbul is exceptional, but what made the tour particularly enjoyable was the way he told the story. Rather than simply giving us dates and facts, Muhammet brought the history to life, explaining the different periods, cultures and events in such an interesting and engaging way. He was friendly, personable and very easy to listen to, and was more than happy to answer our questions and allow us time to take everything in. We came away feeling that we had learned so much, not only about Hagia Sophia itself but about the fascinating history of Istanbul. Having a knowledgeable private guide made such a difference to our visit, and we are very pleased we chose Muhammet. Thank you, Muhammet, for a fascinating and memorable morning in Istanbul. What a fantastic tour! We did it with our children (7 & 9) and extra effort was taken to keep them entertained and engaged (inc the occasional magic trick, which they loved!). Really knowledgeable guide and the tour was very informative. Highly recommend

If you love history you have to meet Muhammet our tour guide when you travel to Istanbul. He was amazing, fun and very well prepared for us. His English is perfect. He answered every questions and give us super helpfull advise about how to navigate around the city.

Muhammet was extremely knowledgeable about the Hagia Sophia - but also Turkey's history as a whole. He was intentional in the context he shared to help us better understand the whole picture. He answered all of our questions with thoughtfulness, and we left feeling like we knew so much more about Turkey, the art and its history.

Our tour of the Basilica Cistern was unforgettable, thanks to Mohammad. He was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but his knowledge of the history and hidden stories behind the cistern was exceptional. He made the ancient space come alive! Beyond that, Mohammad had a great eye for capturing moments—he kindly took some amazing photos of us. The icing on the cake was that he brought us to Seven Hills afterward for a spectacular rooftop view of the city. It was an unexpected treat and a perfect end to the day. I can’t recommend him enough!
