This was my second time taking the Flat Tires Athens Acropolis Bike Tour in three years, and I would absolutely take it again! The first time, I did the tour with my two sons, who were 13 and 14 at the time. We had an absolute blast. In under two hours, we were able to see so many incredible historic sites around the base of the Acropolis, including places many visitors probably don’t even realize are there. The bikes made it possible to cover so much ground without doing a tremendous amount of walking in the Athens heat. We chose the 5:00 PM tour, and I truly think this is the perfect time to go. The temperature is cooler, there is a beautiful evening breeze, and the entire experience is so enjoyable. Everything felt extremely safe, and the fat-tire bikes were comfortable, stable, and very easy to ride. Two years later, I returned to Athens with my husband. We only had one night in the city, and because he had never been to Athens, I wanted him to experience as much as possible. I immediately knew this was the tour I wanted to book again. In just two hours, we saw an incredible amount, stopped for amazing photos in front of ancient sites, and learned about Greek history, mythology, and even the philosophy of the ancient Greeks. Our tour operators, Jhon and Venice, were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable about Greek mythology, history, and philosophy, and they had a way of making everything we saw interesting and memorable. Their knowledge added so much to the experience and was a huge part of why the tour was so enjoyable. It was the best possible way to spend our one evening in Athens. After the tour, we walked down to Plaka and enjoyed a beautiful dinner, which made for a perfect night. Whether you only have a few hours in Athens or are staying for an entire week, this is the sightseeing tour I recommend. The meeting location is very convenient near the base of the Acropolis and close to the restaurants and shops of Plaka. I recommend this tour so highly that I shared it on my social media and told every friend who might be traveling to Athens: if you take one tour, make it this one. After doing it twice, with my teenage sons and then with my husband, I can confidently say I would happily do it a third time!

I took this fun ride with my daughter and a group of 8 other American tourists. Had a very disappointing experience with another company booked through Viator. They titled themselves as “Athens: Premium Guided E-Scooter Tour in Acropolis Area”, but steer clear!! Wrote a review giving it 1 star (zero if I could). Owner was extremely rude. Never been so poorly treated in my life by a stranger in front of my daughter! Wheelz were far superior especially in their Customer Service department.

John and Venice were outstanding, very knowledgeable and friendly. Suitable for all age groups, they even gave us recommendations for activities in Athens. They went above and beyond!

Fantastic experience! There are several listings in Trip Advisor with similar names—could be all the same provider. We went on a scooter adventure with Wheelz at Chatzichristou 6, Acropolis 117 42, Athens. Our guides, Venice and John were top notch, gave us an easy scooter lesson, and off we went! Good people, great stories, very personable.

Such a good time! Views were amazing. If you're in Athens, definitely book this tour. John, Andria and Venice were very friendly and knowledgeable about the city.

Second time on this tour! We love it that much! The scooters are super easy to ride and the path the tour takes is excellent! You go through pedestrian walkways and back streets and places you couldn’t get to all in one day. The staff are super friendly and informed and you feel part of their cool family. Worth every cent and a great way to see and get your bearings around the acropolis.

Once I got my balance, it was great fun. One of the highlight tours. We went to places we wouldn't have gone to otherwise without missing the obvious views of the Parthenon. Very professional guides, keeping us safe on the scooters

WOWWWW!! You need to book this tour! We’ve literally just finished and can’t stop raving about it. The guys that took us (Theo and John) were so attentive and knowledgeable and you really got a feeling that they loved their job! If you’re like me and struggle walking long distances, this is the tour for you! We saw everything and more that we’d wanted to see in Athens!

A really fun way to see the main sights around the Acropolis. Most of the trip was on quiet streets only locals would know. We had two guides who couldn’t be more interesting and bent over backwards to make our trip enjoyable and informative Bravo wheelz 5stars from us

What a great way to see some amazing sites in Athens without feeling rushed or in a crowded group. All of the tour guides went out of their way to ensure our safety and, more importantly, that we had a nice time. It was the highlight of our trip.
