Best service and helpfully staff clean bus with luxury best budget price not other's bus for travels pokhara and chitwan

Do not book with this company. I was told to arrive at 6:45 am. I get there and see bus driver who says bus won’t be leaving til 7- 7:30. I see him washing bus so I decide to get tea. At 7:30 I still see him doing nothing just hanging out. When I approach him to inquire I’m told bus won’t be leaving. Luckily another bus was departing g and I was placed on that bus which departed at 8. Waste of my time and most importantly I could’ve been stranded had I not inquired. All the reviews that mention the bus change are accurate. Save yourself some worries and book elsewhere.

I recently tried booking two bus tickets from Kathmandu to Pokhara through New Road Travels, and while the bus itself was good—comfortable and affordable for the price—the ticket booking experience was frustrating. I attempted to book tickets using their app and pay with an international Visa credit card. The transaction went through, and NPR 3200 was deducted, but I never received the tickets. The system showed an error after payment, and that was the end of it. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the phone number listed on their website (+9779856068470)—no one picked up. I also sent several WhatsApp messages, but got no response at all. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. If you're a tourist or using an international card, I don’t recommend booking through their website. The best way is to buy the ticket directly at the bus or through a local travel agency who can confirm the booking. It’s a shame because the bus ride itself was good—but the poor online booking system and unresponsive support really hurt the overall experience

Travel friendly and good atmosphere. Excellent experience. Only suggestion, intermittent 4 or 5 stops should be avoided.

The bus itself was comfortable but the drive took closer to 10 hours and also I was supposed to get off at the Sorhakhutte stop in Kathmandu which was about 5 min from my hotel, but the bus driver stopped at a different place, announced “last stop, traffic” and they would not take me to the correct stop so I walked 25 min to my hotel. I was expecting road closures or constructions or a festival or something and there wasn’t, it was just normal city busy. If I buy a ticket to a certain bus stop I expect them to get me there and not be able to just decide to drop me somewhere else

DO Not BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a scam and a nightmare wrapped in one. They will switch buses on you so what you see in the picture is not what you’re getting. The driver was drinking at pit stops & got so tipsy he dropped us off 4km from promised destination. He said to take taxi to hotel & that was the last stop. Smh when I tried to contact your operator I got no response via WhatsApp or through booking. Learn from my mistake & book elsewhere for a few more dollars. I am taking action on this company asap. It’s a scam!!!!!
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! they switched buses on us & didn’t match picture at all. Driver was drinking at pit stops and ended up being drunk towards end of trip. They didn’t drop us off at the location that was promise, so we took a taxi. & the tour operator never answered me back for pick up location in Pokhara via Viator or WhatsApp. I plan on taking further action asap. Book else where for a few more dollars. Thank me later. 0 stars!
