We used Airport Pickups London during a cruise in May 2025. We had them take us from Heathrow to Dover and then pick us up from Dover Cruise Terminal to Heathrow. All went well. They were there early (though we missed their phone calls but that was on our end with our phones still in airplane mode). Both drivers were very polite, helpful and professional, even in busy London traffic.

On time, perfect communication! Far more reasonable than many other companies I checked. Highly recommend. Outstanding.

Easy meeting driver at Heathrow airport, was transported in very nice luxury car and driver was conversational and helpful

The driver was rude and confrontational. He was not where he was supposed to be when exiting the airport. We phoned him 3 times trying to find him. When he walks up he wants to argue. We reserved an 8 passenger van for a party of 5. He then tells us that we have too much luggage, that he cannot take us all. 2 of our party than had to hire another transportation service for an additional $200.00 to get to the cruise terminal. If this guy worked for me, he’d be jobless

I found the company while searching that I needed a company with carseat availability for my 3 year old. I was a little hesitant due to some bad reviews leaving me worried we wouldn’t get picked up and they wouldn’t give my son the appropriate seat. But they were the only company that would still take us for our date needed and responded quickly to my email. Their website says one of the reasons to book with them is “FREE baby/child seat.” Well in reality it only means they are free IF they have one. They told me that when I inquired via email but they do not tell you if you just do an online booking and request it. We did a Heathrow airport pickup to Dover transfer. And then a central London hotel to Heathrow 2 weeks later. First trip driver was about 10 minutes late but was apologetic and had an appropriate seat for my 3 year old. He said it was a very busy morning and he had to drive back to the office to get it. I was very thankful since it was a long highway drive. 10 minutes in trade for the seat was worth it to me. He was polite and professional and we had no issues. The website would not track his location though while we were waiting for him so i had no idea if he was late or we were missing him. It did tell me all his info and show me a photo so that was good. Tracking could have been better. On the second trip when I tried to track the driver it showed he was off the coast of Ghana in the ocean, lol. So again, 0 points for tracking ability, but it still had all his info and a photo. I went down about 8 minutes early and he was there with the back open and standing to greet me. No issues all all with the drive. He was polite and professional. This time however only a backless booster was provided for my son. They fall back on the fact they are exempt car seat laws, but then they shouldn’t advertise they will provide you with a seat. It’s such a simple thing to give the customer peace of mind. Car seat safety is extremely important to me, not because it’s the law but because it’s the safest way for my son to travel.
