This is a transportation only! Driver did not say one word about Karlovy Vary while driving, he dropped us off at Grandhotel Pupp and picked us up there 3 hours later to take us back to Prague. He did not take us to Diana Lookout Tower or Moser. Very disappointed with misadvertising.

Karlovy Vary is a very beautiful village that is very nice to visit. You can walk from one side to the village to the other easily and there are many restaurants and coffee shops that you can sit in. Our driver Rasti is an exceptional professional who is both an excellent driver and also has deep knowledge of Prague and Karlovy Vary and told us many tips about the places to visit and the restaurants that are best to sit in.
Was looking into how to get to Karlovy Vary for a day trip and everything looked somewhat inconvenient so went with this private driver and this was definitely the way to go! A little pricier than other options, but it was great service. The driver Yaoheni picked us up right at the hotel in Prague and drove us in comfort directly to Karlovy Vary. He was professionally dressed, safe driver, told us stories of Prague and Czech, and was also quiet when we dozed off. He gave us some quick tips in Karlovy Vary then left us on our own to explore. Later we requested pickup at a different location from where we were dropped off and he showed up exactly on time for the drive back. Since the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival is hosted here every year, Yaoheni has lots of celebrity stories to tell. I guess if you need a guide in town this may not be the way to go, but we already knew where we wanted to go and what to see so this was perfect for us. We liked Yaoheni's service so much we booked him for the following morning for a ride to the airport.
