Oia does have postal services available; however, it appears that the request was raised after the group had already departed from the area. As with all small-group tours, balancing individual requests with the overall itinerary and schedule for all participants can occasionally be challenging. We were also surprised to read that you felt your photographic requests were overlooked, as Sakis regularly assists guests with photos throughout the day and recalls taking several pictures for you during the tour.
