Muhammed was great and very knowledgable of the history of Morocco and Agadir. He was friendly and drove nicely (which isn’t always the case I can tell you !) and we saw the Kasbah, an Argan oil shop that explained the history and what it can do for your ailments , stopped at the mosque that was rebuilt after the 1960 earthquake and then to the Souk el had for some shopping. It’s huge and intense. Be sure to haggle.
We did the excursion with the cable car included. We really liked the cable car ride that allowed us to have another perception of the city. We went to the factory in Aragon where they explained how it was made. Since it was a Monday, it was not possible to go to the Agadir souk, which was a shame. But despite that, the guide took us to see another smaller one.
I liked the behavior of the team very much. They were cooperative and professional. I had the opportunity to enjoy the whole tour beautifully.
This city tour was a wonderful way to discover the beauty of Agadir. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. Visiting Souk El Had Market was the highlight—we found a great variety of local products, spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs. The tour was well organized, comfortable, and offered a perfect mix of culture and sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agadir! :::

I received a WhatsApp message the day before the tour confirming hotel pickup, but no pickup time was provided. As the tour was scheduled to start at 10:00, I was ready and waiting by 9:50. When 10:00 passed with no communication, I messaged them, only to receive a vague reply saying they were coming, with no indication of how long the wait would be. I was eventually picked up at 10:20—20 minutes late. I had booked an English-language tour, but the group I joined was primarily French-speaking. Most of the explanations were in French, with only minimal English translation. The guide’s limited English fluency made it difficult to follow, and I felt excluded from a significant part of the experience. Several advertised inclusions were missing. There was no WiFi on board, and the vehicle’s air conditioning was not turned on. The tour was also poorly timed—it was scheduled to finish at 13:00 but ran over by approximately 30 minutes. Overall, this tour was misrepresented and fell far short of what was advertised. The combination of late pickup, language issues, missing amenities, and poor timekeeping made it a frustrating experience. In my opinion, it does not provide good value for the price paid.

Such a great day. I went with my 17 year old son and our guide, Muhammed, took us on a day of discovery. The souk was enormous so it was great to have someone to guide us through the maze of stalls. We had no harassment from anyone . Try and haggle though. It is customary. We also got to see the outside of a beautiful mosque on our tour. We took the cable car up to the old fortress and the views up there are outstanding. You can see right over the bay of Agadir. We weren't hurried and could take our time. I highly recommend this if you want to spend 3 or 4 hours getting to see Agadir
