天安門広場＆紫禁城チケットまたはガイド付きグループツアー

Thank you for your feedback. Please kindly note that you booked our Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City small‑group tour. You failed to arrive at the designated meeting point on the scheduled day. For this small‑group product, all guests must join the group together to enter Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City as one party. We regret that you could not participate in the tour as a result. Our meeting‑point instructions were sent in advance. Other group members successfully met our staff at the agreed location and completed the full itinerary. Since you did not show up for the tour, this booking was marked as no‑show per our booking terms. We hope you can understand our group‑tour operation rules. We wish you a pleasant travel experience in China.
