This tour operator provided a faultless service for our small group of 4. Joseph met us at the airport, and for the next 2 days drove us to our required destinations, giving us great insight into the local culture along the way. He was prompt, polite and informative, and had great recommendations for lunch and dinner, even waiting for us while we dined. We could not have expected more!
I chose this tour as it was one of the few companies offering a solo option. Clement the tour guide was excellent and he was very knowledgeable and polite and his enthusiasm was infectious. We chatted away amicably the whole of the way around the falls, which for me is very unusual. The Falls them self are an impressive sight to see, so much water and I got totally soaking wet. However, this wasn’t a problem as it was warm and once the trip was finished I was quickly returned to my accommodation. I highly recommend this tour, it exceeded my expectations 😊
Great Awesome Bring rain coat Little walking to actually see. All of the falls The ride from most hotels is short
We appreciate and value your business as well as the feedback
