Misleading title. Isn’t a luxury van

The driver was nice and waiters a hour while we did luggage claims but Nothing about the van was luxury. The photo they advertised isn’t the van that picked us up. I was very specific in saying it’s 3 adults and 6 large suitcases. Unfortunately our bags were delayed so we didn’t have our bags if we did the bags wouldn’t have fit. We barely fit with the 3 of us and the driver in the car.

Excellent Service

Suitable for several people. We were 7, excellent punctuality and very civilized driving. They don't speak Spanish, but all very well. Very reasonable price. They have elevators for young children. I'll repeat when I get back.

Wonderful taxi trip to brussels city

I normally hate signing up to online apps like TripAdvisor but our experience with this company that we discovered from trip advisor was so great that i needed to share. Our flight Had 1h 20 min delay we were affraid we would find no one to wait for us since trip was paid. In few words or driver was still at meeting point. He asked no extra. His vehicle was clean and almost Brand new Mercedes minivan. Dont know The model though. I higly recommand

Perfect transfer, but a bit confusing web site.

Family with 2 kids travelled from Zaventem Airport to Brussels centre in June 2019. Operator contacted us a day before and expressed driver's concern that our luggage would not fit into the car we booked (Mercedes E class). He suggested to pay extra 15 euro for the upgrade to a van. Web site suggested 4 pieces of check-in luggage would fit to sedan trunk, so was our previous experience elsewhere (our suitcases are medium size ~72-75 cm and cabin luggage small back packs can be carried on laps if needed), but we agreed to pay extra for comfort and peace of mind. The driver met us at the agreed place. He was polite and helped with the luggage. Van was new and clean. It was a perfect transfer, cannot ask for more. I would recommend this company.

Hello sir, I remember you well even if it has been a while since you travelled with us. And here is how you booked at least regarding the lugage. Passengers: 3 Suitcases: 4 Carry-on: 2 6 pieces of luggage in total THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE FIT in the trunk of the vehicle you booked. Mercedes Benz E class. If you think we deserve 4 stars because we saved you the trouble of driver not taking you to the airport because of too much luggage. And saving you the trouble of starting to look for another vehicle at that time and trouble of taking the risk to miss your flight. So if you really think we deserve 4 stars for having done all that then we say thank you. I remember i even emailed you a photo my driver (with the very vehicle you chose) sent me once we had exactly a similiar problem. He sent the photo with the trunk full of lugage and some other luggage with no place to go. I sent you the photo so you could assess if you thought your lugage would fit in the trunk ... anyway thank you for the 4 stars. Best regards

Not recommended for families with small children

I'm dissapointed with the service. We ordered the minivan for the return trip to/from Brussels airport only because we wanted to be certain that our kids (3 month old and 2.5 year old) are safe in the proper baby/child car seat. We called the company to confirm requirements and all was agreed over the phone and through website. We paid also 40 Eur extra for these seats. Despite this, on the return the van was provided with a seat from 9kg (enormous one as multigroup) and driver said this is for 3 month old while for the 2.5 year old there is only the booster!!! At the end, we had to carry the baby in the arms!!! As the baby seat was the only reason we booked them, I feel cheated as if i wanted to travel with my kids not secure, i could have taken Uber for 20 EUR instead of paying 70. As a compensation we were offered 10 EUR back. On the way to the airport there were both right seats but not mounted and my husband had to do it himself while I had to keep 2 kids crying while waiting. Meanwhile the driver was standing next to without any help. The only positive is that in both ways the drivers were even before the time waiting for us.

Dear client, First of all thank you for your review as each review is to help people get better. But there are some facts I would like to clarify. Price for each trip: as you had 2 trips with us. 1 from home to airport and 1 from airport to home. Standard minivan = 50 euros 1 baby seat (more than 2 years ) = 10 euros 1 infant seat ( Maxi cosy less than 2 years ) = 10 euros booster seat = free of charge. meet and greet service. (wait for client in arrivals with his name) 5 euros. 1. On your second trip from airport to home you never paid for 5 euros of meet and greet service. I had decided to kindly offer you this service. Do you know why ? I saw that you had little babies and I did not want you to first call your driver after collecting your luggage then go look for parking 1 level 6 as this is the place you were supposed to go and meet your driver who should be parked outside the airport and only come to that place after you had called him. we ask 5 euros for this service because in this case driver need to park inside airport parking and wait up to 45 minutes after flight landing time. And airport parking fee has to be paid in this case. 2 On your first trip from home to airport everything was fine as you had 1 infant seat and 1 baby seat exactly as you requested. you complain about the driver not helping to mount the seats. Regarding this you should know that we provide baby seats when requested but we expect parents to attach their babies themselves as this is what most clients do spontaneously. Indeed me as a parent I wouldn't let no driver attach my baby child. I might let him carry my bag, might let him open my door but i would never let him attach my baby. 3 for the return trip there was only 1 child seat and no baby seat. I apologize for this once again. as the day of the trip 20th of june I am the one who contacted you. I first called but you did not answer I then left you a whatsapp message. Indeed I did not know that things happened that way until the driver explained me. (i will put the transcript of our conversation over whatsapp here). Basically I told you there was a misunderstanding between me and the driver i had told him to bring 1 baby seat and 1 child seat as you had requested only he misunderstood this and took instead 1 baby sit and 1 booster. I apologized and at that very moment 20th of june i offered to refund the 10 euros you paid for the infant seat (and that was not provided) I asked for your bank account for refund. you only replied me today giving the bank account and I instantly refunded the 10 euros. here is the transcript of the whatsapp conversation we had to help everyone who read your review to understand what really happened. 20th june (the day of the trip you are complaining about) [19:58, 20/6/2019] Your Private Driver: I am writing about your taxi trip of this afternoon. The driver told me there was some misunderstanding on his side and he brought 2 child seats instead of 1 baby seat and 1 child seat. Could you please confirm this big mistake. [20:32, 20/6/2019] Client Mauro S: Hello, yes, i confirm that we asked for 1 maxi cosi and 1 child seat and the taxi this evening had 1 child seat and a booster. I think he misunderstood me.
