My ride was scheduled for 0445 and I called the driver through WhatsApp at 0430 just to confirm they were coming because I hadn't heard anything. Well he was a few minutes late but that was ok. I didn't know that cabs don't actually go to the entrance door of the airport but into a lot which means you still have to take your suitcases walking for about 10 minutes. He never asked if I even had on my seat belt and his car looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The ONE thing is that he reeked of cigarette smoke- so much that I thought he was smoking in the car. My eyes were burning so badly I had to drive with my window open. Other than that the was quick and to the point. I never thought I'd have to request a non smoking driver but here we are.

Arrived in Brussels, 15 minutes later than expected to be picked up, with no driver waiting for us and no text message on phone as to why. Had his cell from confirmatory text so called him twice with no answer; called Viator in US who then arranged for transfer to hotel. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Brussels Taxi was the provider. Very responsive and efficient. Used them for ride back as well. Clean comfortable cars. Highlybrecommend

I was traveling with 2 small children and a disabled adult. They would not let me book within the hour, so we had to book a later time. Waited for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and got a message that the van BROKE DOWN. Hopefully the refund shows up.

The drivers arrived 25 minutes late on both the round trip and the return trip. On the way back from Brussels to the airport, the driver even called me to ask me where the hotel was. Otherwise everything was fine, vehicles and transfer was ok.

The driver was at the starting point a few minutes earlier. Comfort is not so high,but acceptable.A short and correct transfer.

Great service. The company was very responsive when setting up the transfer; driver was slightly early and very pleasant; price was very reasonable.

Driver not in time. Bad responce from central service where and when the driver should pick-up. I payed for driver with my name in the arrival hall and a parking fee for that. When the driver arrived 30 minutes late we went to the parking house with a fee of 2 Euro not 5 Euro.
