Dear Brenda We do apologize about the experience you had. We are uncertain as to how you did not receive an arrival instruction to know where our airport agent is located. Once booked with us an automatic confirmation is send to our guests instructing them on how to located our airport agent Annmarie, who has a signage with all our arrivals name. If you are saying you did not receive this instruction nor saw your name on our sign, we apologize. This is not a norm at Jamaica Get Away Travels , this is shocking to the team.
