Luca was an excellent guide. We had a issue with my brother needing a wheelchair, which we borrowed from our hotel. Luca made the excursion work with the wheelchair. He was very flexible with the schedule and made it work for us! He was also very knowledgeable about the history of Barcelona and all the places we visited! Definitely a great experience and I would highly recommend!

As a personal tour, the guide did a drop off with a map at the Park Guell, advising us of the time to return for pick up. The park is poorly mapped and we were lucky to get back on time. We understood from the guide other guests got lost and it was a problem for them to reconnect with the guide at the designated place. The guide also struggled to do an electronic transfer of tickets for the Segrada de Familia Cathedral and suggested we find help. I needed to assert as our guide, she search assistance. Which she did and discovered her company provided some me inaccurate information. The guide also attempted to leave us there with just a screen shot of the ticket information on her phone. Ultimately we got in, but she did not guide us through the cathedral. That was up to us to follow an audio guide provided by the cathedral It would have been better if we booked each tour directly through each site.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had a lot to share with us. The driver was very good as well. We spent much of the time walking which was good so we could take in the sites.

My husband and I decided to do a private tour with this company during our stay in Barcelona. It was a seven hour tour, it was completely worth every penny! Our tour guide was Camilo. He is not only knowledgeable in the history of Barcelona, he is also kind, funny. After a while, we didn’t feel as though we were on tour we felt as though we had caught up with an old friend who was giving us a tour of his city. It made the day special fun and informative everything we hoped it would be! I highly recommend this tour!

We had a 7 hour tour with guide and driver. We had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Brian, was very informative and accommodating to our special health needs. The city is beautiful and we learned a lot about many different sites. We would recommend this tour.

The tour was overall fun. We really enjoyed our tour guide. Nico was very knowledgeable and im glad he was our guide. The gothic quarter walk was the best part in our opinion. The tour itself wasn’t the best use of time. there was so much driving. It felt like we spent more time in the car than seeing stuff. the guide does not go into the Sagrada Familia with you, so that was something else we didn’t expect. We figured since it was included in the tour that we would get the info inside, but we parted ways when we got there. Also- they offer “hotel pick up” but not drop off which came as a huge surprise to us. We found out towards the end of the tour and the ending spot was very far away from our hotel. We were told to get an uber or taxi but the tour ended at rush hour. We spent hours trying to find any sort of transportation and couldn’t find a single taxi, uber or the other ride share that we downloaded, and ended up having to walk over 2 miles in 90 degree heat which put a damper on the entire day. We were pretty upset that the ending transportation wasn’t disclosed

We had a wonderful time with Paulina! She is very knowledgeable and with lots of energy. Awesome experience, it is a must do tour in Barcelona! We loved it.
