Our tour operator never showed up. We planned our travels around this tour. Flew in a day early, paid for extra hotel nights for total disappointment. Ruined our vacation. The one thing we planned that we were most excited about never happened. We should have never relied on a tour company. We were lied to. I spoke directly with the local tour company several times, plus Viator sent several emails stating everything was in order, then on day of tour, no one showed up. The local tour company claimed that Viator never contacted them, but all my prior communication with the local company assured me everything was in order. We would have done better to purchase tickets on our own in advance and skip tour company. There were no tickets available once we learned that the tour company was a no show.

What a fantastic tour! Our guide Pablo was not only super informative about the history of Sagrada Familia but also the Gothic tour and the rest of the city! We learned so much about Barcelona and so happy that we booked this tour! Thank you Pablo!!
I booked for four with Barcelona Local Experiences on Viator on Feb. 16. On the 13th evening, they cancelled with no explanation and now we cannot get into the Sagrada Familia. I ses that they are offering a similar tour for twice the price. Not to be trusted.

Sadly , Viator dropped the ball amd our tour guild did not arrive as planned . Our private tour was scheduled for 10:30 am and it was a no show . After several calls they found a lovely tour guild at the last moment named Steven. We Had to re arrange our plans and go at 1:00pm. Really unfortunate as we would have done other tours that day .

There were only 2 of us & it was great! David was excellent at explaining the history and architecture as well as interesting stories about the architect's themselves.

The views were amazing and our guide, Marc, was so informative. We are happy we decided on a private tour. We learned so much about these beautiful sites. The skip the line tickets were the way to go as well.
Excellent half day tour. Hotel pick up was on time and easy. Our tour guide, Xavier, was very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about Catalan and Gaudi. He did not rush, answered every question, knew where to get the best views and pictures, and did not mind our moody teenager 😀 Highly recommended!
