Our family flew into Rome to catch a cruise ship out of the Port of Civitavecchia and went in a day early so that our adult children could see the highlights of the city before we sailed. The thought of hauling our bags around, or heading to our hotel on the outskirts of town and then taking a taxi back wasn't appealing, so I began to research alternatives based on positive reviews and multiple options - the company that checked all the boxes for me was Rome Chauffeur. They offer a myriad of options from transportation to your hotel, the Port, or in our case, a two-hour tour by an English speaking driver/tour guide in a comfortable, air conditioned van. We got to pick the destinations, although our driver, Radu, made great suggestions and provided in-depth insights on places my wife and I had visited prior.The next day, Orlando took us to the Port. The communication from Rome Chauffeur was outstanding, the pricing was competitive and I will be using them again for future trip. Highly recommend vs Uber and train!

Our Airport transfer with a 4-hour tour was perfect. After arriving in Rome at 10am, our driver was waiting for us just outside of immigration. We immediately walked to the nearby van and then started our 4-hour tour of Rome. Having people in our party that had never been to Rome, we elected to go with the recommendations of our driver on where to go, based on our plans during our stay. We were able to see so much in a short period of time. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the secret Keyhole (very cool), the Pantheon, Piazza Novana as well as lots of other sights along the way. This tour was a perfect way to cover lots of attractions while we were waiting for our hotel check-in time later in the afternoon. I highly recommend doing this type of transfer/tour I if you are short on time, or just want make great use of your time.

Radu was our driver and had so much knowledge and experience. He navigated the insane traffic and took us to the main tourist spots and some local gems he knew about. The vehicle was pristine and had refreshments, which was appreciated after our long flight. 100/100.

Michael picked us up at airport in Rome then did a 4 hour tour seeing all the sights that Rome has to offer. We even saw the cannon fire at noon. Great driver, informative and he made sure we got out and saw everything. Great job. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We took the airport transfer twice(to and from the airport) Then we took a city tour...my choice where we went to : St Paul Tre Fontane EUR and the catacombs and finally an all day trip from Rome to Motecassino and Casamari . All four trips worked out perfectly.The drivers very punctual and helpful. A little expensive but worth every Euro and considering the crowds of tourists in Rome probably the best way to do trips when your time in Rome is limited. THANK YOU Rome Chauffeur!

The service was impeccable. Our driver was waiting for us in the lobby when we went down to check out. Lorenzo loaded all of our many bags and drove us to the airport. Along the way he told many stories and pointed out sights along the way. He was a class act and I would highly recommend using Rome Chauffeur. Booking was easy as well as payment and at an affordable price.

We arrived from the US on one of the hottest days every in Rome, but Caesar was there waiting for us and quickly took the four of us to his airconditioned van. Since we had a morning arrival, we booked the airport to hotel transfer with a 4 hour tour. After a few questions on what we wanted to see, Caesar took us to our first stop, the San Callisto catacombe. From there he took us to the must-see sights, the Colosseum, the Patheon, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain along with a plethora of drive by sites. Out last stop was from the top of hill where we could see the city of Rome spread out before us, it was a fantastic view. After that we headed to our hotel. Caesar was a fantastic driver and guide, I would highly recommend him. We were using the same service the next day for our trip from the hotel to the cruise terminal and we were so happy to Caesar arrive to pick us up. I have only good things to say about your service and Caesar, absolutely nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend both.

Our flight arrived late and it was wonderful to be greeted by a welcoming driver/ guide and get into an air conditioned comfortable vehicle. I didn’t have a set agenda in mind, more a chance to get acquainted with Rome before checking into my hotel. Our driver was exceptionally helpful in giving us the most opportunity to see and experience parts of the city that were further from our hotel and that we wouldn’t see otherwise. She took us to 3 exceptional spots. Exceeded my expectations!

Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared the perfect mix of information, showing us some of the key historic sites but also helping us navigate where to eat and shop. I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially those visiting Rome for the first time!

This is good and dependable transfer. Our plane was 2 hours late and our guide Michael waited on us, made contact when we landed and put our minds at ease. He took us around the city and showed us the Landmarks of Rome and then dropped us at our hotel. Would recommend them whole heartedly.
