At minimum it does what it says at a reasonable cost rather than the extraordinary price charged by the hotels. Clear communication from organiser via WhatsApp on pick up details including the specific van reg plate so I can locate the driver on the day. Prior to the trip I contacted the organiser if we can make some stops which the organiser was happy to make it happened (small reasonable surcharge of course but entry tickets included) which includes a stop at Galle fort and a sea turtle conservatory and release experience. The van is clean and well maintained. The driver greeted us warmly and he’s kids friendly. We had a well organised and pleasure transfer and I cannot think of other reasons not to book again.
