運転手付き運転車（標準）レンタル

Byron Travel Car Rental, Agios Nikolaos, Crete. An amazing company!!! During our holiday in Crete, we rented a car because we wanted to see some of the island. The car was conveniently delivered right to our holiday accommodation, which was very pleasant and comfortable. However, when the five of us set off the next day to visit some scenic spots, it turned out the car wasn't powerful enough; we could barely make it up the steep roads. That wasn't ideal... but... when I reported this to Byron Car Rental the next day, they immediately acknowledged the issue and—without any hassle—provided us with a better, more luxurious car for the remainder of our holiday! They didn't make a fuss at all; in fact, they were genuinely sorry about the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. I received a significant upgrade at no extra cost. We thoroughly enjoyed driving the VW T-Roc and give Byron Car Rental a full five stars for their service. So, if you're in Crete and want to rent a car, get in touch with Byron Car Rental; they take the hassle out of everything with excellent service and a comfortable car for your stay. Plus, their pricing is competitive and transparent. Byron Car Rental, thank you so much for the service!!!

Great company, good customer service, nice driver

My driver was punctual, provided me with information and assisted me in getting to ATMs, and booking tour guides. He also arranged traditional lunches. I always felt well informed, and every detail taken care of. Such a pleasure, thank you Sujith.

We felt very safe with Rupuni while he drove us from Sigiriya to Anuradhapura. He even stopped so we could take a photo of a wild elephant walking along the road. We talked about lots of things during the trip. He was very friendly.

Very happy with the services of Lakpura. Right from receiving at the airport to taking to the various attractions to taking care of the group, they were on top of everything. Would definitely recommend them. Special mention for Chaithra and Ashan who kept making sure that everything is smooth.

Fantastic experience. I highly recommend Lakpura. Excellent customer service - very responsive and helpful when enquiring and booking. Totally professional. We could not be happier with Lakpura. Our driver and the van were great. In fact our driver (Pethum) was so great - very safe driving, friendly, informative, flexible, helpful and so much more. We would not hesitate to recommend Lakpura to friends and family - and to book with them again. Thank you so so much for everything.

Sri Lanka 21-28 Nov 25. Tour of North Eastern and Central Sri Lanka. What a fantastic service which exceeded all my expectations. Our chauffeur was extremely keen and so proud of his country and wanting to fully support the tourist industry. I full expected just to be taken form one place to another and left to our own devices - not a bit of it. We had effectively a 7 day guided tour of every inch of the Country that we could get to, which was explicitly and definitely tailored to what we wanted to do. Whether we wanted to get to a certain place for a specific photo, or simply stop for a cup of coffee, nothing was too much bother and eminently achievable. The car was clean, tidy, safe and comfortable; the one down side was a breakdown, but that is non-one's fault. Anoj was our main driver and superb. Similarly, Pradeep who started and finished our time was outstanding. In fact Pradeep merits special mention for working so hard to ensure that despite horrendous floods and landslides, that we made it to the airport on time to depart. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience. And !!!! The most important part. I thought is was extremely good value for money; especially when you consider the flexibility and convenience, for example you can safely leave your valuables in the car for sightseeing, the driver can drop you at one end of a trail and pick you up at another, the list goes on. Gold plated brilliance.

We have made several day trips with this company, excellent drivers.Day trips can be adjusted and our private transport was well done, excellent company, reliable and kind People!

From the very beginning of our round trip through Sri Lanka, Jude made the experience unforgettable. He was not only a driver but also a warm host, guide, and companion who went far beyond our expectations. His kindness, patience, and genuine care made us feel comfortable and welcome every single day. Jude’s knowledge of the country, culture, and hidden gems turned our journey into a truly authentic experience. He was flexible, attentive to our wishes, and always ready to suggest wonderful places and activities we would have otherwise missed. More than just professional, Jude added a personal touch to everything he did, making us feel like we were traveling with a friend rather than just a driver. Thanks to him, our trip became so much richer and more meaningful. We couldn’t have wished for a better driver and travel companion. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the very best of Sri Lanka!

Very good organisation and nice and professional driver. They give me a personalised and unique experience. Thanks a lot!
