Initially wanted to go deep sea fishing but the tour company let me know a couple days before that the weather was too tough to go so I audibled to the lagoon. (May is this up in the air time as they enter monsoon season.) Overall, I was super happy with the tour. HANDS DOWN the best part was we started off to traveling to an area with THOUSANDS of hermit crabs and we gathered and prepared them as our bait which was SO COOL. I was worried the lagoon was going to be river / lake vibes like we have in the states (frankly don’t know the definition + seemed at first like I was settling vs the sea / ocean) but the water was awesome. The lagoon was massive and was teaming with nature. (Saw monkeys) Ultimately, I caught a handful of grouper and red snapper. Were they big ones? No but maybe I got unlucky and it doesn’t matter because I had a really awesome time. So to summarize: Tour company: 5/5 Guide: 5/5 Experience: 5/5 (personally no big ones, fyi)
