We had originally planned for an overnight cruise which was cancelled due to a storm warning. The operators helped us to get on to a day cruise along halong bay and we're thoroughly professional and supportive. They refunded the differential swiftly as well. Elbiee the operator representative as very kind and helpful.
The day cruise was great too but the way the operators handled the chaos was extra ordinary.

The Ha Long Bay tour was amazing.
The staff were very helpful and enjoyed the tour smoothly.
The tour included beautiful places, crew was caring and interactive enough. Breakfast and refreshments were ok, an a vegetarian fruits were the only tasteful option. Other vegetarian things need flavour to it. Cave walk, boat ride everything was good. Drinks prices were ok too. Even if anyone is tired and don’t want to walk they can stay in the cruise and still enjoy the tour.

Smooth Trip, Great Support, Memorable Ha Long Experience
It was a wonderful experience. Elise ensured I was fully briefed before the trip. On the day, Thang was excellent. He assisted us at every step, anticipated our needs, and made sure no one was left behind. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A Perfect 2-Day Halong Bay Getaway
We did a 2-day Halong Bay cruise and had a lovely time. The food was great, and our senior cabin on the third level had a big private balcony which was amazing. The cabin crew were very caring, and our tour guide Ian was funny and knowledgeable. Overall, a really relaxing and beautiful experience.

Great Tour Experience #Aaron
Just had the opportunity to experience Ha Long tour on the Otis Premium yacht, overall is a pretty pleasant trip and suitable for recreation. Luxury boat space, clean, beautiful view of the bay.
The schedule is fully arranged for activities such as cave tours, kayaking, watching sunsets... However, because of the desire to experience many points, it feels slightly increased, moving constantly, if there is more time to rest alternately it will be more comfortable.
Beautiful displays, not really prominent, some kind of simple dishes. Compensate enthusiastic service, quick support and a friendly feeling throughout the journey.
Overall, this is still a good choice for a gentle trip, beautiful scenery, good service – suitable for relaxation. Thanks to SST Travel and Mr Aaron

A perfect way to cap my visit to Hanoi!
Elise & the crew on board led by captain Vin made sure I had a great birthday celebration with my wife! The room decor & cake was a nice gesture. Itinerary did not disappoint too, we had a great time bonding with the other guests as well!
