Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and for reviewing your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that the tour overall was good, that the pick-up was punctual, and that you enjoyed seeing the white rhinos, which are indeed a special highlight of the experience. Regarding the refreshments, we would like to clarify that bottled water is always provided in the cooler box on our tours. That said, we appreciate your suggestion and agree that adding fruit would further enhance the experience. This has been noted, and we will be including fruit going forward. We would also like to clarify that it is not our policy for guides to solicit tips from clients. Tips are entirely discretionary and should only be offered at a guest’s own comfort and initiative. We take this feedback seriously and will address it internally to ensure our service standards are consistently upheld. Thank you for choosing Nekacheya Travel and Tours and for your constructive feedback, which helps us continue to improve our guest experience.
