Kunal arranged a great trip for us, going on multiple tours, both city tours and safari. Everything went as planned and the information before and during was excellent.

The temple complex is mesmerizing. Since we had no idea of the place, the temples took us by total surprise. The area is adequately maintained by ASI, complete with facilities. One can see the temples in various stages of deconstruction and reconstruction. One could spend a whole day studying and documenting the temples. An excellent site for Architecture students.

Having visited Agra before (the traditional but still impressive visit to the Taj and the Fort), we wanted to go off the beaten track. Kunal took my daughter and me on this wonderful trip, after doing a trip the day before to villages with old havelis and a karavan sarai. Both days fully met our expectations. The Bateshwar temple complex is very impressive. Many temples have been or are under restoration, many more still to be restored, like puzzles that have to be put together. Kunal showed us interesting details, telling the stories behind them. He knows the people at the sites, connecting with them and engaging them to tell their stories. You can wander around freely, feeling the history in every stone. As Kunal knows the right timing, the place is not crowded. The four locations visited are all close to each other.

Several colleagues from work and I took this trip while staying in Agra. It was a wonderful day excursion that gave the feeling we were discovering a hidden ancient treasure for the first time. From the extensive scale of the ruins to the tiny carvings that told stories of gods, Kunal gave interesting historical and cultural context to enrich the experience. Highly recommend this trip!

I highly recommend this tour if you want something a bit out of the normal Agra tourist sites. The temples were amazing and we were almost the only people there. It was Ankur Wat but better because the temples were magnificent and the excavation was ongoing. This is a new city being uncovered. Kunal is a fabulous tour guide providing interesting history and answering all our questions. I hope to do another tour with Kunal when I return to India. Don't miss this opportunity!

I appreciated the opportunity to see an impressive location that was off the beaten path. Going through these temples gave us a sense of discovery that one doesn't have at a crowded site. Kunal did a great job providing a commentary on the history and architectural features. I'm eager to go back for additional explorations, especially on one of the river trips.

Not big in to temples but the temples of Bateshwar, Mitavali and Padavali that Kunal showed me were out of this world. The architecture, details and location of these temples were unique and completely off the beaten track. We didnt see a single person there while I toured these temples with Kunal. Kunal also pointed out some details in the temple carvings which I would have completely missed on my own. Also the the roads to these temples are not clearly marked and obscure so a local's guidance plays a big part. Thanks Kunal for showing me these hidden gems near Agra.
