David is a friendly, knowledgeable guide. We stopped by Looking Glass Falls first which was nice b/c it was pretty much just us at that time-when we passed by later it was super crowded. Then we drove to a trail head & hiked to three different waterfalls along that trail. It felt like we hit some secret spots because we only saw a few other people on that trail & we didn’t even see them until the end. Drove the scenic route back along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The tour is described as moderate & we’d agree with that. (We rewarded ourselves w/ a visit to a brewery later that day!!) It was great, we highly recommend this tour & David, of course:) Next time we visit we will check out one of his kayak tours. 10/10-beautiful- you won’t regret it.

The hike was fun and the waterfalls beautiful. Be prepared for trails being blocked by fallen trees and maybe having to pivot.

Be prepared for the kind of adventure you hope for when you say, “Let’s do something fun today.” The trail was easy to handle and had just the right edge to keep things from getting boring...until we got closer to the waterfalls, where it turned into the kind of challenge that reminds you "if it were easy, everyone would be doing it!". We didn't just admire that final view… we jumped straight into the water like the grand finale the day deserved.

David was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to spend 4 hours with him. Rick and Sandy

David was a fantastic guide! We had a great time and enjoyed conversation. He shared local history and personal stories. The description says challenging hike and we all agreed it was a combo of easy to moderate in a few spots. Highly recommend this hike.

Our waterfall hike was wonderful. We were able to see beautiful falls hidden in the beautiful landscapes. David was a perfect guide with an encyclopedia of information about the surroundings and beautiful plants that you would never know existed hidden in the lush forest. Highly recommend this hike and our cookies made by David were delicious!!

The hike was wonderful and beautiful. David knew his way around the park to customize us a path that was just right for our experience levels. He was an amazing guide that was very knowledgeable about some of the foliage along the path. The waterfalls are a must see while in the Asheville area and we highly recommend this tour.
