The driver was good and recommended places that we can visit. Car is clean and we are happy to have covered most of the places of interest and cafes or nice restaurants.

Book a private car to Bandung. The driver is very nice and arrived early to pick up.

We had an excellent day with Cokey our driver/guidr exploring the tourist attractions north of Bandung. Cokey is a knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humour and a safe driver.

Really glad we had Pak Toni as our driver. Got us everywhere on time, and actually knew the area well (Lembang). His recommendations were spot on, not the tourist stuff, the real spots. Solid experience all round.

We had the most incredible 1-day private charter experience in Bandung, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing driver, Esrina. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Esrina was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the day. She navigated the routes effortlessly and even adjusted the pace based on what we wanted to see more (or less) of — which made the whole trip feel truly personalized. Our itinerary included kawa putih, deer feeding at ranca upas, rengannis suspension bridge, lakeside glamping and braga street. What stood out most was how stress-free everything felt. If you’re planning a Bandung trip, I highly recommend booking a private charter and asking for Esrina if you can. She truly made the experience memorable. 10/10 day — would do it all over again!

Our driver Ms.Esrina was very good, she was friendly and kind, contact us the day before departure to confirm the location and time, and also pick us up on time to the hotel on the day of departure; along the way also share a lot of knowledge to us. In the morning Kawah Putih is slightly foggy, we were lucky to wait until it was clear and take a full view of the lake. In the afternoon because of the rain, we discussed the adjustment with the driver, she also automatically cooperated with our adjustment, so that we could spend a full day! RajaTour Bandung is recommended!

I was contacted via email by RajaTour Bandung as soon as I booked their services on Klook. Subsequent communications followed on WhatsApp. They're responsive throughout. The day before the tour, I was informed of the assigned driver (Mr Cokey). He was just as responsive too. He was a great driver and a great guide as he shared many interesting stories of Indonesia with my family. I strongly recommend choosing RajaTour Bandung and especially Mr Cokey as your driver.

I am writing this review to express my significant disappointment with the 10-hour private tour I booked. While the driver was professional and the vehicle was as described, the experience was severely marred by multiple unexpected extra charges that were not disclosed in the original "Inclusions & Exclusions" list. I booked this tour based on a clear agreement: WHAT WAS PROMISED: · 10 Hrs Private transportation · Fuel surcharge · Air-conditioned vehicle · Professional English Speaking Driver WHAT WAS EXCLUDED (as per the booking): · Parking Fees · Gratuities · Lunch This seemed straightforward. However, the reality was very different: 1. Unexpected Pick-up Fee (IDR 100,000): The night before the tour, I was informed of an additional IDR 100,000 charge for pick-up from my hotel in the Cimenyan area, which they claimed was "outside Bandung city." This fee was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. 2. Unexpected Drop-off Fee (IDR 100,000): After the 10-hour tour concluded, the driver requested an additional IDR 100,000 to return me to my hotel. This was presented as a separate "drop-off fee," which was another complete surprise. 3. Unexpected "Special Location" Fee (IDR 100,000): During the tour, we visited a location that I personally paid the entrance fee for. Despite this, the driver requested an extra IDR 100,000 from me, citing a charge for visiting this "special place." This was the most confusing and unjustified charge of all. In total, I paid an extra IDR 300,000 that was NEVER part of the original agreement. Why this is problematic: · Lack of Transparency: The "Inclusions" list is misleading if basic costs like pick-up and drop-off from a reasonable location (a registered hotel in the Bandung Regency) are not included. · Bait-and-Switch Tactic: Springing additional costs on customers after the service is completed, when they have no choice but to pay, is an unfair practice. · Erosion of Trust: This experience made me feel like the initial price was just a starting point for nickel-and-diming. Conclusion & Advice: The core service was adequate, but I cannot recommend this tour company due to its opaque pricing. If you choose to book with them, I urge you to get in writing, before paying, a complete list of all potential additional fees, including: · Is there a geographical limit for free pick-up/drop-off? · Are there any potential "location fees" for certain attractions? I expected a professional service based on a clear contract, but instead, I was met with hidden fees that tarnished the entire experience. I hope the company reviews its pricing transparency to prevent this from happening to future customers. (I would give 1 star, but the driver and car were fine. The issue is with the company's policies.)
