I had a one-on-one tour with Anika. I would have given 5 stars but for the bad communication with the company. I tried to contact them a few times the day before the tour - never had a response. I contacted Viator who also tries to contact the company by phone - no answer. By this point I assumed I had been scammed! But in fact it was a wonderful tour - not too many paintings/works looked at, but loads of detail and nuance about the art, so I feel I got a lot more out of the tour, than had I tried to “see” everything. Lots of insider tips too.
Federico was a phenomenal guide. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We had a wonderful tour and would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting the Uffizi Gallery. Skipping the long line was an added bonus.

Our experience was phenomenal because of our guide Stephanie. She is awesome! Stephanie is very knowledgable and kept our interest the entire time. We learned much more than we expected and the tour exceeded our expectations because of Stephanie. My husband and I strongly recommend requesting Stephanie. The Uffizi alone is a treasure trove of masterpieces, and our guide brought it to life with stories that made Botticelli and Caravaggio feel strikingly vivid. But the real magic happened when we stepped into the legendary Vasari Corridor. Walking over Florence through this hidden passageway was absolutely breathtaking. From the elevated corridor, you get a rare, almost dreamlike view of the city. Looking down over the Arno River, rooftops, and charming piazzas, we felt like we were walking through a painting. It’s a perspective of Florence that few get to see, and it gave us goosebumps. As always with Walks, everything was seamless — from skipping the lines to the small group size that made the experience feel intimate and personal. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate, which made all the difference. This tour is perfect if you want to connect with the soul of Florence, not just see its highlights. It’s not every day you get to literally walk through history while admiring the city from above. Highly recommend it — an unforgettable experience.
