There is a lot of walking involved, but is highly recommended, we did the tour at a very nice pace..

Excellent tour, our guide was so knowledgeable. The history of this city is amazing. The only suggestion I have is to remember that you do not go back to your starting point at the end of the tour. You have to get yourself back from Segrada Família. Taxis are easily available though.

First off, we were late arriving due to a late Uber pickup and traffic after the driver arrived so we missed the tour start. That’s on us, but our critique is on the customer service or lack thereof when you have a problem. When we discovered or ride was going to be late, we tried to contact the company/tour guide via the Viator booking contact. This company never provided a name/number for the guide like we’ve received from other companies - that should have been a warning. The pick up location is a vacant lot on a back street so there was no one to contact there, either. The phone number for the company was a Washington DC number - we called it but it was 3:00 AM there so no one to answer. After several unanswered messages to the tour company, we made contact with a Viator help person. They were able to contact someone. We asked if we could link up with the tour? We would Uber to their next location and join the tour in progress - no harm, no foul. They said no. They were sorry we missed the start but they do not allow customers to join once the tour starts. We were not people asking to join without reservations but customers who had paid in full and missed the start. We’d get ourselves to the current location - it seemed like a simple solution. Their answer was no, they would not provide the current tour location so we could catch up. We then asked for a full or partial refund, which was also refused. Again, we missed the start, our responsibility, but our warning to others is, if you have a realtime issue, the customer service response for this company is terrible.

Be prepared for some walking and to be amazed at what Barcelona has to offer. Take a hat and bring water

Not for the weak, but absolutely worth it. There is a lot of walking, and it’s a long day at around 8 hours, so definitely come prepared. The excursion itself was amazing and well worth the money. I can’t remember our guide’s name, but he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and did a great job throughout the entire day. I was personally fine with the walking, but some of the older people in our group were definitely struggling at certain points. Everyone made it, though, and our guide was very supportive. He also provided alternatives for anyone who couldn’t or didn’t want to continue with some of the more demanding portions. Overall, a great experience. Just know what you’re signing up for because this is definitely not an easy walk in the park.

Our guide Monsant was excellent, her knowledge of the history of Barcelona was vast. It was a long hot day but she always tried to find us shade so we were as comfortable as possible. Great tour.

This tour allowed us to be able to see all of the most popular Gaudi attractions while learning so much history. Mel was an amazing tour guide! Highly recommend!

Jaime was our tour guy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gets an A+++ from these Texans. Bring your water bottle. It is very hot in Barcelona. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. Also keep in mind; no bare shoulders allowed in the spectacular chuch. I highly recommend this tour

It was amazing except he skipped Casa Balto and Casa Mila which was in the itinerary.. Really would’ve loved to see those places and hear about it.. other than than the great! The tour is very pricey as well!.. With the price, they should’ve added Casa Balto and Casa Mia and spend more time there …itinerary is only for five minutes but again they skipped it in this tour.

The tour guide Marivel very caring,knowledgeable, Professional and fun. Time spent in the Sagrada Familia could be longer.
