A charming and beautiful, easy ride for any level (including novice) with happy horses & caring guides. The scenery is spectacular. When you are traveling, sometimes you need to reset your nervous system. Getting on a horse on a beautiful island & riding to the beach does that and so much more. Like a moving meditation. We loved it!

You’re not allowed to run these horses which was disappointing. The beach has a lot of big pebbles and rocks and my horse was tripping a lot on them. Very beautiful area and our guide was very friendly and took lots of beautiful sunset pics of my mother and I, but I wouldn’t say this was good value for how much you pay. It was a beautiful, short, experience. I did a similar thing in Iceland on the black sand beaches and they let us run as much as we wanted, but the sand was all soft and easy for the horses to run on so compared to that experience this one came up pretty lacking. But I understand rules are rules, just be aware if you’re booking. They have a wonderful collection of horses that seem very well cared for.

Had a BLAST from start to finish. All the instructors were Great! The horses were Beautiful and so smart! And the scenery along the beach was so relaxing and breath taking!

Our horseback riding experience with Efippas Horse Farm was absolutely incredible and easily my favorite part of our entire trip to Santorini! From beginning to end, everything was so well organized. They provided hotel pickup and drop-off, which made the experience incredibly convenient. When we arrived, everyone was so joyful, welcoming, and fun, and you could immediately tell how well cared for and loved the horses were. Before we began, the team gave us clear instructions on how to ride and made sure everyone was comfortable and prepared. They also provided helmets for everyone, which we really appreciated. The horses were all extremely well behaved, and there was nothing scary or intimidating about the experience at all, even if you aren’t an experienced rider. The ride itself was BEAUTIFUL! We rode through the Santorini landscape all the way down to the black sand beach, where we actually got to ride the horses into the water. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience! One of my favorite touches was that we stopped several times along the way for photos and videos. The guides/operators took them for us, so we were able to enjoy the experience without worrying about trying to capture everything ourselves. We came away with so many wonderful memories and pictures from the day. The entire team made the experience fun, relaxed, and memorable. The horses were wonderful, the scenery was gorgeous, and riding along the black sand beach and into the Aegean Sea was something I will never forget. 10/10 recommend Efippas Horse Farm! If you’re visiting Santorini and looking for something unique and memorable to do, absolutely add this to your itinerary. I would do it again in a heartbeat! 🐎🌊❤️

Barbara and her husband Manos were awesome! Amazing location with beautiful and nice cats on the property. The horses were very tame and the route they took us on was incredible down the black sand beach. They took great videos and photos of our whole group and individual couples Free water on arrival when you get there and were very helpful getting us a good deal on taxis to other parts of the island Would recommend to anyone interested

WOWW!!! Amazing time with Barbara and manoulis!! They did an amazing job making sure we were okay during the whole time as beginners ! They are sweet family owned farm I would book another ride with them definitely!!!!

This was our first time horseback riding as a couple and on our honeymoon. Manos and Barbara are a great team and couple. The stable is a local family owned business. The owners love their horses and take very good care of them. They also have years of knowledge to share. We rode Cocoa and Margherita. Both horses were calm and well behaved. Your riding experience does not matter and they will adjust accordingly. I had experience riding and had a normal ride. The wife lacked experience and was not fully comfortable, so Manos attached a guide line and gave her some instruction on the ride. We had a nice ride through the property, down a local road, and onto a beautiful lava rock beach. We got some amazing priceless pictures and video that they helped us take. They also assisted with getting us a ride back to our hotel. The car pulled up about the time we were ready to depart. Highly recommend! If you want to support family owned business with knowledgeable people who love and take care of their horses, this is the place.
