Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency resulting in delay of our arrival. I notified the tour operator and was refused a refund. Additionally, calls and texts messages on viator were not responded on a timely manner. This has been an incredibly poor customer service experience.

First time surfing and it was an incredible experience! Austin was an awesome instructor very chill, focused on safety, and made sure everyone had fun. Perfect for beginners. Highly recommend booking a session, you’ll have a blast!

We had an amazing experience with Austin at Hawaiian Style Surfing! Our family lesson with me, my husband, and our 9-year-old son was fantastic—Austin’s instruction was clear, patient, and encouraging for all of us. He was especially great with our son, who had an absolute blast and is already asking to go back and surf more. We highly recommend Austin for a fun and memorable surf experience!
Hawaiian Style Surfing group lessons were excellent! Hudson the instructor was extremely patience and an awesome teacher. He did a great job providing basics and allowed the group maximize time in the water to practice. Location at the Kauai Sheraton is beautiful and the waves are perfect for beginners young and old. Would recommend this group for anyone thinking about trying to surf. True professionals and high value for your investment!
We had an amazing time! Adam was a great instructor! He broke down the basics of surfing in an easy to understand way and made sure everyone in our group felt confident to get up on their board. The location was stunning as well! Would 100% recommend if you're a first time learner! :) Trip highlight for my sister and I!
