This was a bad call and almost a total disaster. Note that the hotels included in the package are listed as 3 star but more 1 and 2 star. I opted to book my own hotels at my own cost in exchange for more days added to the tour to try recuperate my hotel fees as a refund was not an option. The vehicles used were also low quality and I had 2 of them break down with me in it that was very scary and frustrating. The tour guides used were great but the operator left much to be desired and I was extremely disappointed. There was also a misunderstanding as to airport drop off which was clearly listed on Viator. The lack of communication, value for money spent was not worth it.

Confidence and his team recently guided us through Nigeria, Benin, Togo, and Ghana. While we recognize that travel in West Africa can be unpredictable, they managed the journey seamlessly—from border crossings to major attractions. Their professionalism ensured a smooth experience, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other agencies.

I had an excellent trip with Confidence and his team travelling from Lagos to Accra. I had explored options online beforehand and settled on Confidence due to his responsive communication, appropriate tour options and good pricing. We communicated in advance via WhatsApp and confirmed plans, prices and dates. Confidence also sent me a copy of his passport and an invite letter to use for my Nigerian evisa. On arrival Confidence picked me up and we spent the next week or so exploring the sights, flavours and sounds of Lagos, Benin, Togo and Accra. The tour evolved a bit as we went and Confidence tweaked things to respond to external factors and my specific interests which was great. Confidence was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. His approach at border crossings also helped to make life a lot easier. Along the way we had a couple of other guides join to provide additional support and additional local insights. I’d certainly recommend confidence as a guide and as an agent to sort out your travel.

Confidence was the tour leader on my visit in west Africa and I couldn’t be happier with his leadership and work ethic. Pick up was always on time, clean car, and very professional. He was very patient with everyone in the group and did his best to accommodate everyone. Confidence knows the locals very well and has good relationships with them. He speaks different languages which made everything super easy. I even had some issues with my Nigerian visa, and he was able to help me sort it out. If you are planning on visiting west Africa, he is the best guide you can get yourself. You will not regret it. Whether it’s a solo trip or a group trip, you’ll be in good hands

Alex was a great guide/driver. Despite the challenging driving conditions, numerous checkpoints/bureaucracy and long distances, he made it all seem so seamless! Was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Note: the standard package is 3 star hotels - still decent but nevertheless set your expectations accordingly. Also, please ensure you have some form of data roaming upon arrival to inform the driver as he is unable to wait at the arrival hall due to traffic regulations.

It was a pleasant trip . Confidence was a real good person and fulfilled all what is in the itinerary . He made the crossing between the four countries borders easy and tried his best to get good guides through out the trip . I really advise anyone visiting the five countries I visited to go with him as he is very honest and takes good care of his passengers.

The tour with Confidence and his team was perfect. He prepared a customized trip for me to visit 4 countries (Nigeria, Benin, Togo and Ghana) based on my requirements and time (9 days). Everything was very well planned and the tour was perfect. Confidence and his team are extremely reliable and also very nice. I enjoyed the time with them and we had a lot of laugh and good time! Confidence and his partner Alex were fantastic during my trip to Nigeria, Benin, Togo, and Ghana. They are professionals who know the area and the itineraries very well. We just recently went on a 10 day tour with Confidence and Alex, covering Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria. Thanks to Confidence and Alex, we had amazing experiences in these countries and saw places that would otherwise not have been that easy to see as foreigners (such as local neighborhoods and slums). I did a 7D6N trip across Lagos, Benin and Togo. The trip was well executed throughout, led by Vincent (born and bred Nigerian), and Albert (French-speaking Togolese). They both went through great effort to make sure that all matters were well sorted, included the border and customs checks (esp the infamous one leading from Badagry to the Seme border). Their chemistry was great, and it felt like going on a road trip with friends. They also had excellent knowledge of the area, addressing any questions I had about the history and culture of the region. I’d highly recommend the company to anyone visiting West Africa.
