We booked our airport transfer to and from Arugam Bay- a 6-7 hour drive. Communication via WhatsApp was great, the driver was punctual and the car was clean. Good value if you want to get to your destination quickly.

Safe driver - clean car
It was a very good experience, the car was clean and the driver drove quiet good. We felt safe and would recommend it. We drove like 6 to 7 hours to Arugam Bay.

Totally recommended

I chose a car as i didnt want to be stuck in a mini van for 7hours
From chris bartlett driver was waiting for me at airport arrivals good aircon car as a solo traveller the extra cost was worthit as it was over 7 hours through the nite to arugum bay

Adventure
We had two drivers waiting for us at the airport, and obviously we saw in the first place, the one who was not in our contract with Mack travel
How is that possible? how was the driver who transported us settled?

I would like to clarify the situation regarding the airport pickup. Please note that while our company’s driver waits for you at the airport with a sign displaying your name and booking number, you were actually picked up by a driver from another company.
Our driver was at the airport for up to five hours, but it seems there was a misunderstanding, and you went with the incorrect driver. Additionally, the other driver showing only your name without the booking number was an error on their part.
I also reached out to you via WhatsApp during your time at the airport, but unfortunately, it seems there was some confusion about the driver’s identity.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. The driver was not only super friendly but he also drove through an area where there were free-roaming monkeys and elephants so that we could watch and feed them from the car. Everything was perfect, thank you :)

A great experience with this company... Honest and reliable.
We had a super easy experience booking with Ronnie through What's App. Super organised efficient and competitive with price. We met our driver at Colombo airport around midnight after a very long flight and immediately travelled the 6hrs to Arugam Bay. We soon realised we had a good quality van, and total faith in our driver who was accommodating cautious and safe. At that time of the night a lot of wildlife to be aware of... including 2 elephants crossing their main highway in the dark ess of night!! Arrived early morning. Highly recommend.
