We had two drivers waiting for us at the airport, and obviously we saw in the first place, the one who was not in our contract with Mack travel How is that possible? how was the driver who transported us settled? but the race was very good

Please note that while our company’s driver waits for you at the airport with a sign displaying your name and booking number, you were actually picked up by a driver from another company. Our driver was at the airport for up to five hours, but it seems there was a misunderstanding, and you went with the incorrect driver. Additionally, the other driver showing only your name without the booking number was an error on their part. I also reached out to you via WhatsApp during your time at the airport, but unfortunately, it seems there was some confusion about the driver’s identity. We had a super easy experience booking with Ronnie through What's App. Super organised efficient and competitive with price. We met our driver at Colombo airport around midnight after a very long flight and immediately travelled the 6hrs to Arugam Bay. We soon realised we had a good quality van, and total faith in our driver who was accommodating cautious and safe. At that time of the night a lot of wildlife to be aware of... including 2 elephants crossing their main highway in the dark ess of night!! Arrived early morning. Highly recommend.

We used this excellent company three times in Sri Lanka, to get us from the airport to Arugam Bay, then to Hiriketiya a week later and back to the airport a week after that.
