Very efficient friendly service. Pick up and drop off from any hotel was very useful. Flight was brief but spectacular. Would recommend highly
The helicopter ride over Victoria Falls was nothing short of breathtaking. Seeing the Falls from above truly puts their sheer size and power into perspective, photos don’t even come close. The views of the Zambezi River, the mist rising from the gorge, and the surrounding landscape were simply spectacular. The ride was smooth, well-organized, and felt very safe, allowing me to relax and fully take it all in. This was hands-down one of the highlights of my trip and a once-in-a-lifetime experience I’d recommend to anyone visiting the Falls.
In order to fully appreciate the majesty of the Victoria Falls, a helicopter flight is almost mandatory. We took the 25 minute flight and the part over the Falls was fantastic. The 10 minutes or so over the adjacent lands to try to see some animals wasn’t really necessary. I’d recommend you save your money and stick with the 12-15 minute flight. They pick you up from your hotel and deliver you to the entrance of the park after your flight.
Professional organisation. Súper team who each fulfil their roles with efficiency and lovely Zim friendliness. Cafe and small gift shop on site. Flight totally gobsmacking. We went for 25min flight. About 15mins away from falls but nevertheless interesting to look at geo topography and Zambesi river dominance.
From start to finish was incredible, the welcoming staff right through to the end of our flights where we watched the video was an excellent experience of a lifetime. I eould throughly recommend that everyone does this trip over the Beaufort Victoria Falls. It was absolutely incredible 😲
Gives a totally different perspective of the falls. My friend went in November and her pictures can’t compare to March (beginning of rain vs end of rain). I get very motion sick but had no problem on this short flight. Totally worth it and a must do!
Everything is fine. But there is one point. at the counter when purchasing a ticket for $150, they charge an additional tax of $25 each for flying over the park.. This was not mentioned in advance.
We booked as a group of 28 people and were driven from the hotel to the base before breakfast. But instead of being briefed one after the other and being able to do our sightseeing flights, the first 10 of us had already finished their sightseeing flights. The rest of us sat around stupidly and had to watch other people fly ahead of us. When we asked, we were met with incomprehension. Optimal and customer-oriented work is different. Hotel pick-up at 7:00 a.m., our first sightseeing flight at 7:30 a.m., 14 minutes in the air. Last sightseeing flight for our group at 9:30 a.m. Back at the hotel at 10:00 a.m. We were on a tour and the sightseeing flight was an extra. The delay meant that we had stress with the onward journey, which could have been avoided. So bring your time!!!
