This is a long winding drive to get to Hvar. Now that we know we would have just taken the ferry from Dubrovnik to Hvar. When your car gets to Hvar we still had to drive a very long way to the other end of the island for our hotel in the main port. We were car sick. The driver was very nice, but this is not the best way to get to Hvar.
What an amazing company that we used to book a private boat for the day from Dubrovnik to Hvar It isn't cheap but this beats the ferry any day! Captained by the great Jackob and Allen, they were so educated and informative for our day with them. As good as the boat was, these 2 made it even better being so talkative and interesting We stopped to swim at times in incredible waters The lunch stop in Korcula was truly incredible to walk around there and eat on the water. Great company to use

Nenad picked us up at our hotel in Hvar and drove us to Dubrovnik. He was punctual and gave us insight on the beautiful island of Hvar as we drove to the ferry which was an hour and a half ride. After the ferry ride we stopped in Ston for lunch. He is from Croatia and knows so much about the country. He is personable and knowledgeable and we liked him so much, we have booked another tour with him while in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend him!
