Our flight was 30 minutes late but our driver was there waiting for us. Provided water for us in the car; comfortable ride.

Our driver met us in the Arrivals hall at the airport, helped us with our suitcases and gave us excellent information about the region. He was friendly and helpful. When we got to the hotel, he brought the suitcases in for us. I forgot a jacket in his car and he contacted me to arrange to send it to my hotel. He really went above and beyond. We were very satisfied.

Our flight was canceled and we were quickly able to change our pickup plans with Karim. We connected via WhatsApp and stayed in contact with one another. After collecting our luggage, we snapped a photo of ourselves to share with him so that we could locate one another. Upon leaving baggage claim, he spotted us immediately. He helped us roll our luggage to the vehicle, which was immaculate and had bottled water. It was a safe drive where we arrived in an hour at port. Our trip started with a lot of rescheduling and setbacks, but adjusting our schedule with Karim was so easy and much appreciated. I highly recommend!
