My son and I visited Samarkand for the first time and booked a day tour. Our driver Navros picked us up from our hotel and then we met our guide Senat at our first stop. They both spoke English very well and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We learned about the history and the legends of Samarkand, got lots of beautiful pictures, saw all the sights we had hoped to see and more. I warmly recommend this tour company. We are thankful for this experience and will forever cherish the memories of this wonderful city and its people.

Excellent walking tour of top Samarkand sites
Our guide Odil was incredible. He speaks perfect English, was very knowledgeable, and provided interesting facts and history. He was very generous with his time. The tour said 3 to 4 hours and he was with us for four hours and 20 minutes. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

As good of a tour as I’ve ever had
If you’re considering a private tour of Samarkand, look no further than Jahon, who provided one of the most outstanding tour experiences I’ve had in visiting over 100 countries. From start to finish, Jahon exceeded expectations in every way. Not only did he cover all the iconic sights and landmarks of Samarkand with knowledge and passion, but he also brought a deep level of understanding and insight into the region’s political, social, and economic landscape. His perspective was informed and nuanced, providing context that went well beyond typical tour guide commentary. This added layer made each visit even more meaningful, showing Samarkand as a living, breathing intersection of history and modernity.
Jahon’s approach was warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic, creating an experience that felt like exploring with a knowledgeable friend rather than just ticking off stops on an itinerary. The private tour was an exceptional value, with Jahon ensuring we saw everything at our rather fast pace and delved deeply into each topic. I would highly recommend Jahon’s services to anyone who wants an enriching and memorable experience in Samarkand—his guidance set a new standard for excellence!
