Worst experience as they have not mentioned the bus name and I had to go through hassle. Please provide bus name atleast.
The bus has very little space for feet making impossible to recline the back as you do discomfort to the one behind too. Also for same bus I found 5 minutes later 15% cheper
I booked for 4 seat ..the seat are comfortable along 8 hour journey..just we have problem cz I don't have info for our bus name & plate number but along the Tourist Bus Road..many operator help us..driver will stop every 2 hours journey to take a meals or going to toilet..the highway half part still under construction
11hrs travelling so 6-8hrs was a little inaccurate but such an adventure with the most beautiful scenic views. Lots of stops along the way - every 2hrs so toilet breaks and great food
Best place I've ever eaten. Super delicious food, good wine and friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely come back before we go home
They picked us up where it was said. The driver was very kind, and the seats well assigned and amazing. Súper luxury trip. I reccommend it!
Luxury? Maybe years ago was luxury but now the bus is very worn out. It took us 10 and a half hours instead of the 7 in the advertising. There is no road half of the time.
The entire road is under construction and will take more than 10 hours. It is a very tiring trip, since it is full of potholes throughout the journey
A horrible journey! Initially a lot of air conditioning on the bus when it wasn't very hot and then just the hot ventilation, it was unbreathable! 9h to do Kathmandu Pokhara on a stoned road, we are tossed in all directions on 3/4 of the way, you must not have a sensitive stomach 😵💫

I am cheated. Both by Viator and the local bus operator. I was promised a luxury bus but was provided with terrible tourist bus in the last minute. Viator should own this responsibility and stick to its business values. ITS AN ABSOLUTE SENSE OF IRRESPONSIBILITY, LACK OF EMPATHY AND BUSINESS ETHICS. You just dont give a damn about how does a customer feel when they get something far inferior than what they paid for.
