It was field guides Maine Audoban birding tour.Our driver & birder Raymond Condappa (Trev Tours) was a birder xcellent driver affable sociable knowledgeable about the terrain restaurants & knew MANY OF THE LOCALS.He MADE the trip for me.

They never showed up at the port to get me. I called the number provided and the person told me they would "let him know" and hung up on me. I eventually received a message from the tour guide through Viator saying they didn't know anything about my tour and that they were leading another tour at that moment. The tour guide not knowing anything about my tour wasn't true because that same tour guide emailed an answer to a question I had at least a month before when I booked the tour. I wouldn't waste my money or my time on this one. I was on a cruise and didn't have enough time to book anything else and be back in time for the ship departure.

Raymond was the best driver. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. The experience was amazing. The temperature was comfortable and cool when being transported.

Raymond was driver he was awesome very knowledgeable about our tour. We will be back, and we will call Raymond.

Raymond off Trev Tours was amazing! His customer service and professionalism are to-notch. I began working with Raymond before leaving home to plan our excursions while in Jamaica. He was always prompt with a reply and helped us to determine what would be best for our family with 3 teenage boys. Ultimately we choose Dunn's River Falls and the Blue Hole. Raymond helped us to plan and execute it all. He was on time at every stop and made us feel comfortable with how everything was supposed to go. He was so much more than our driver! We felt at ease asking questions and taking his recommendations. I have no reservations in recommending him!

Raymond was an amazing driver during my entire trip!!! I asked him to make a custom sign for my friends birthday with some flowers and they looked amazing!! I was so happy throughout my trip! Not once did Raymond ever complain about us being behind on schedule. He even stayed during our excursions. If you’re in need of a great driver and who knows their history about Jamaica, Trev tours is the way to go!! You won’t go wrong picking them!

We truly appreciated Trev's prompt communication as our ship was delayed several times and we wondered if we would be able to participate in the tour. Trev met us at the port and we easily found his sign with our name. We enjoyed climbing Dunn's Falls! A native of Ochos Rios, he offered unique information about the area including the flora and countryside, as well, as the city's highlights. Thank you for an excellent tour Trev!

At 9:45PM the night before our tour, we received an e-mail that our tour was cancelled, at first with no explanation & then that they had the wrong date and were booked. It was only going to be 2 of us and we were open to going with a few others but there was no way to book that. Extremely disappointed because we ended up having to do a Shore Excursion with the cruise in a large bus with lots of waiting & wasted time. I'd recommend only booking if you have a group vs only 2 people (assuming that was the real reason the tour was cancelled).

Good. Always a pleasure to visit. Beautiful and friendly people. The food is delicious with the many spices. The fruits are sumptuous. For a tiny country the architecture can be compared to any first world country.
