They added in transfer fees on the day of the tour and never confirmed pickup time
They added in $20 pick up fee on the day of the tour, this was never mentioned in the tour description. They never confirmed pickup time and argue on the chat session. Viator got involved and agreed the tour description was ambiguous and granted a refund. However we are still waiting !

At the time of your booking, transportation was not included in the tour price and was considered an optional extra service. Our team did reach out to you multiple times to arrange the pickup time and clearly explain the additional cost.
However, we truly regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
To improve our service and avoid any confusion in the future, we have now updated the tour pricing to include round-trip transfers from the hotel to the horse stable.

Great. You should spend your hour here when you come to Luxor!!
Best experience. It was the most soothing in Luxor for such a reasonable price. I liked it better than a hot air balloon!
I enjoyed horseback riding for a good 45 to 50 minutes. I didn't go through the desert, but I also enjoyed seeing the scenery along the way. I brought six apples here from breakfast at the hotel, and the staff allowed me to feed the horses apples after horseback riding. At the end, we gave the driver and additional tips to the staff who accompanied us on our horseback and left the farm.
Thank you for a very happy time. For the well-being of these happy and very clever horses, may more tourists visit this riding club. I want to visit Luxor again when I come back. Thank you.
(The driver took me to the souvenir shop on the way home. Souvenir shops led by drivers and guides are usually tied up so that customers get a kickback on a percentage of what they buy, so we don't take them for you. It's distressing, but I think turning it down will save you some important time.)

Amazing experience!
The horseback riding at sunset experience was absolutely amazing!! As a beginner, I was a little bit nervous, but Maraean and Abdullah did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable. The sunset was gorgeous, and I would definitely do this again.

Very nice and well-groomed horses, exellent quide and very beautiful route. Everything is incredibly well organized. We want to be back, to plan more time with them!
