This was far from a "relaxing sunset tour. It was totally chaotic, the crew did not have the licences they should have had because the eldest was only 15 and certainly did not have the appropriate skills. We were sold a 2 hour experience that lasted less than 1 hour and didn't even go as far as Banana Island. We decided to book a similar tour with another tour operator 2 evenings later and it was everything we had hoped for - a really memorable experience.

We also mention that this is a felucca boat tour, and the trip does not include Banana Island, which is an additional option that can be added by the customer if desired. Additionally, you were staying at Winter Palace Hotel, which is very close to the boat’s docking point. Our tour guide arrived at the hotel at the scheduled time, picked you up, and took you to the boat. We also provided you with water, juice, and fruit as part of the tour. The boat was exclusively for you, and you enjoyed a one-hour Nile tour as promised. After the tour, you were returned to the hotel by the guide. Regarding your claim of chaos, I am unsure where this confusion came from. You had a private boat, a dedicated guide, and a smooth transfer. The boat doesn’t depart before receiving permission from the Nile Police, ensuring everything is in compliance with the law. Your statement about the crew lacking the necessary licenses is also incorrect. The crew on board are all certified, and the boat operates legally under all regulations. It seems there was some misunderstanding, We are sorry if there was any confusion during the tour.
