For the second consecutive year, we did this tour again with Bolhas Tours in Sesimbra and it has officially become the only tradition we insist on keeping in our summer!
Being here at home, all passionate about the sea and marine creatures, there is nothing like seeing these incredible animals in the middle of the ocean, completely free—in the only place they belong.
A very special thank you to Rosa and Pedro, who accompanied us on this trip! The professionalism, friendliness, and enormous knowledge of both made all the difference. They shared fascinating information about the animals and the Sesimbra area, and conveyed the importance of respecting the oceans and their inhabitants in a very beautiful way.

Incredible
We saw 3 species of dolphins; it was incredible and very special. We loved it. We also stopped at a beach, were able to jump off the boat, and drank local wine.

Dolphins in their natural state
Highly recommended. It does not disappoint. A serious, punctual, well-organized excursion where you see dolphins in their natural habitat hunting sardines and playing. The marine biologist provided many interesting facts about their behavior and habits. It lasted nearly three hours and on the way back they showed us some caves and stopped at the mythical Riveira do Cavalo beach for you to take a swim and have a wine, courtesy of the house 😉. Do not hesitate. It is worth it. The boat is very stable and safe, and pay attention and bring a sweatshirt because even if it is very hot in Sesimbra, the temperature changes at sea.

Amazing activity above expectations
I’m usually not easily impressed, but this experience was really well organized. The staff was professional and friendly, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
We also saw a lot of dolphins, which was definitely the highlight. Seeing them in their natural habitat was a great experience.
I would definitely recommend this tour if you’re in Sesimbra.
