Olivier provided a really great tour. He took me to see the real daily life and people of Colombo. It was much better than just taking pictures of buildings or monuments. I got a real sense for the vibe of the people, and felt I understood the country much better than I would have on a "traditional" tour. I'd definitely recommend his tour!

Oliver gave us a very good morning in Colombo before we caught our flight. Whether upon your arrival or before your return, do not miss this tour. We booked the tour with Olivier following a recommendation from friends. It wasn't a simple tour but a true immersion into the city of Colombo, which is often misunderstood (and wrongly so) by tourists. It was incredible, we laughed, ate, learned, drank plenty of delicious coffee, but above all, we were amazed and celebrated some very good news. It was brilliant, and it is truly Olivier who makes this experience a real, unforgettable immersion. On a effectivement beaucoup rigolé, beaucoup mangé, bu quelques (beaucoup 😄) cafés, découvert Colombo sous toutes ses facettes… et surtout partagé et célébré de très belles nouvelles qui ont rendu cette journée encore plus spéciale ! Vous avez parfaitement résumé ce que j’essaie de transmettre : Colombo est trop souvent boudée ou mal comprise, alors qu’elle mérite vraiment qu’on prenne le temps de la découvrir, de rencontrer ses habitants et de se perdre un peu dans ses quartiers. Et je suis totalement d’accord avec votre conseil : découvrir Colombo en début de séjour permet de mieux comprendre le Sri Lanka et sa culture avant de partir explorer le reste de l’île.
