Everthing was smooth. The friendly driver arrived 15 min ahead, and took me to the destination in good time.
I was not impressed with the contact centre for this company. They did not read my special requirements, I reiterated to them the address at least 4 times as I had made a mistake, they still failed to give the driver the correct address. I ordered a van (which my booking clearly stated) but they were adamant I didn't so at the last minute I had to pay an additional cost. The driver himself was fine but dealing with the call centre really was difficult and they failed to read the detail of my booking.
Really great and helpful. On time service. Took care of us and indulged our music along the way allowing our celebrations to continue as we left Phuket to head to another destination.
The driver was prompt and polite. He got us to the airport on time and in a very safe manner. I would use this service again.
