First of all, the pickup time was changed to an hour later, and we were not informed ahead of time. We had rushed to get there from an hour away. Then, on our return trip, after they had handwritten on our bracelets, the time of return, we raced from the restaurant, by foot, to get there 10 minutes ahead of time, to wait and wait, finally realizing that the water taxi was not coming . We sat there for over an hour, debating on whether to take an uber, and decided to wait a little longer. It finally came. We wasted so much time waiting, that we missed out on the rest of the evening plans. The phone number on the boat and all brochures does not let you speak to anyone. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great way to see all the amazing Miami neighborhood's in just one day! Bus was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The narration and additional information was most appreciated. Very affordable, ticket booth staff quick and efficient, convenient stops, easy to navigate. Absolutely loved Little Havana! Great for kids and families.
