I never got the guide person he never show up. I called customer service and they said is not available for that day

Really bad experience the tour guide never showed up and I was there like 30 min before the timing of the tour. I called the number that was in my ticket and the person in customer service didn’t know English and didn’t know what I was talking. I hope they refund me back as I didn’t get any tour and no one showed up.

This tour took place in the daylight and essentially took us to the same views we saw on other tours. There was no illumination of the Falls whatsoever. Very disappointed. I do want to give props to our guide. She was a very nice lady, clearly proud of her city and knowledgeable about the area.

I was called the night of and asked to reschedule. I couldn't so I refused. Then he wanted to charge me an additional $25 fee because I was one person. That's not how this works. There are too many options. Don't pick this one. Waiting on a refund.

The tour guide never showed up. We tried calling them multiple times and voicemail was full. Tried sending the message via chat and was ignored.

The tour guide was late to begin with, didn't know until another tour guide from another company told us. Rushed through the tour. Didn't give us a chance to fully see the lighting, last 20 mins said we could watch the fireworks from our hotel due to 14 minutes left of our tour.

Had the worst experience ever. I followed the map directions and reached the pick up spot 15 mins prior to my tour time of 8.30 pm. I kept waiting but no one came or called up. Finally I started calling the operator at 8.30. Several calls went unanswered, then a guy picked up and constantly kept telling me to the Ferrous wheel (which is on the Canada side). I kept telling him that I have booked the US side of the tour and I'm standing at the exact pick up spot mentioned in the app. But he won't listen. Then after another couple calls, a guy picked up and said that since I was the only one on this tour, they had cancelled the tour. He told me to pay additional $45 and book a private tour for the next day. When I told him I didn't want to do that, he said I would need to contact Viator for refund. It was extremely cold and dark and chilly and I was standing outside the pick up spot handling all this mess instead of enjoying my trip! The tour operator had called me around 4 pm, but I missed the call. Apart from them, there was no email or message from the operator informing me of the cancellation. The viator customer care said that since the operator had not informed them of any cancellation, all that they could do was send them an email to confirm the situation and that I would have to wait 72 hours to hear back. I did get a refund finally, but the entire experience was unpleasant as a tourist! I have booked other trips with Viator and have always had a good experience. But this one was more than disappointing and highly unprofessional!

If there’s a negative star I would’ve put in a heart beat! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS SITE! Absolute scammers! We booked a 60-minut walk and boat that ended up without a boat; got a $75 refund after I complained in length. We were standing in a 32 degrees freezing cold on the meeting spot and NOBODY came! I’m going to demand a full refund! You dont need a tour the thing just walk yourselves over! I’m going to report them to Better Business Bureau!!!
Amazing experience! Tour guide was very informative and shared the history or Niagara Falls. This was a breathtaking experience getting so close to the falls was beautiful and mind blowing.
