Hi Cor We’re sorry to hear you didn’t feel your visit offered good value but we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, Bird World consists of five large walk-through aviaries, home to more than 600 native and exotic birds from around the world. Our guided Bird World experience is approximately 50 minutes, which is deliberately managed with the wellbeing of our birds in mind. Your admission also includes access to explore our extensive gardens at your own pace. We also appreciate your feedback about the guide’s audio equipment. We introduced amplification after receiving feedback from other visitors that guides could sometimes be difficult to hear, particularly with all the activity and bird chatter in the aviaries. Finding the right solution has been a little tricky - our curious birds also have a habit of pulling equipment apart! We’ll certainly take your comments about the volume and clarity on board as we continue to refine this. We understand every experience won’t be for everyone but we appreciate you giving us a visit and letting us know where yours fell short. Kind regards MBG Team
