The title is inaccurate. There was nothing from Paul’s letters to the Corinthians, only a few verses from Acts. I booked this because I thought there would be biblical insights on the letters and who the Corinthians were, at least more than the little bit of insight we got. Not having a licensed guide also meant that we were clueless about what we were looking at in the old city ruins because he could not go in.

Our tour is designed to visit the locations associated with St. Paul's time in Corinth. While we understand that you were expecting a more in-depth discussion of his letters to the Corinthians, our product description clearly explains the nature of the experience.
It is explicitly stated on our product page that "Our drivers are not official tour guides, but they are knowledgeable and can provide commentary in fluent English. Although they will not enter the sites with you, they can answer your questions about the places you visit with this tour."
Our driver did his best to provide commentary and answer questions within the scope of the service booked. If you were looking for a detailed biblical and historical explanation of Paul's letters, the appropriate choice would have been to book a licensed tour guide, who can accompany you inside the archaeological sites and provide specialized commentary. No such request was made at the time of booking.
We believe it is important to distinguish between the service advertised and the expectations of individual travelers. We delivered the service as described on our product page, and we regret that it was not the type of experience you were looking for.

Good introduction to ancient Corinth
Spyros arrived early and explained important points as we drove to various sites. The tour was as described when we booked it. He waited while we entered sites to view them on our own.

Great tour experience.

Wonderful Tour in Paul’s Footsteps!
We absolutely loved this experience! Alex, our driver, was exceptional. He was friendly and easy to understand. He came prepared with scripture references and read several passages to us before we visited some of the sites. He patiently answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. We picked an extremely hot time of year to visit… Alex had the AC going and cold water waiting for us at our seats when we returned from hiking around the sites. Be sure to wear appropriate shoes for hiking… some of the ancient stone walkways are slick and steep. This tour was definitely a highlight of our time in Greece!

Highly Recommend
Panos was a gem! An absolute delight! He kept us informed and entertainment with details of St Paul’s journey and Greece in general. Our teens and us as parents really enjoyed the journey and learning!

A day with Panos learning about Paul
Panos was our tour guide and he was excellent. From pick up to drop off he was engaging and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the tour and many cultural and social issues in Greece ( past and present). He even told us about significant places we passed. He even could tell we were still weary from traveling from the US and told us on the way back to Athens we could nap. lol Being in a private car was great, it was comfortable, very clean and we could go at our own pace.

This tour is well worth the money!
This was a very enjoyable and interesting tour. We did not go to Mars Hill as we had previously visited the Acropolis, but that gave us more time at the other locations. Our driver, George, was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about not only the sites we visited, but also about Greece in general. We did not feel rushed at the sites, and by starting at 7am from our Airbnb in Piraeus, we beat the majority of tourists for the day.

Amazing tour!
This was everything we hoped for and more. We loved every minute of this tour and learned so much. The experience truly enhanced our understanding of the apostle Paul’s writings. It was good to get out of the big city and see some of the countryside too. Our guide and driver were so nice and easy to spend the day with.

Actual Footsteps of Paul. Loved it!
This was the best. Our driver was brilliant! We saw everything we wanted to see. He did a great job accommodating my special needs. We were able to add a couple quick stops for things we needed. We truly felt like we walked in the footsteps of Paul throughout the day!
