The overall experience was good, it was such a relaxing boat trip. It included snorkeling, which i did not do but my partner did. Although you've to stay within the group in the water which we did not know. When we've went snorkeling before you can do your own thing. Unlimited soft drinks and coffee on board was good, and the food on board was ok. The orange bay island itself is beautiful highly recommend visiting. Before you get onto the boat there is another fee to pay which I have forgotten the price of, but I think you can pay with either cash or card. There is also a photographer on board with you and he takes some photos of you if wanted at orange bay, they are quite some silly fun poses. I think these cost around 35€. We were told our pickup from hotel was at 745 instead of 815. The driver didn't get there till around 8 I think, but he pulled up in a car and there was 6 of us waiting to go so we then had to wait longer for a mini bus to come and get us.

The team at Easy Way SEA Trip was super friendly and nice. On the ship ⛵ yacht there were free soft drinks and coffee.

I booked a trip to Orange Bay andsnorkelling for very good price. The tour operator was so helpful and friendly. It was a 7:30am pick up and I was ready by 7am. Small buggies usually travel around the hotel area as it’s very big, roughly every 10 minutes you’ll see 1 to pick you up and take you to reception or wherever you need to go on the premises. Unfortunately, I was not informed that at the early hours of the morning this doesn’t happen. I waited and waited and waited and began receiving messages from the tour guide to find out where I was. Eventually, I called reception they said they’re sending a buggy now making me half an hour late to my cab. The hotel apologised for not informing me that buggies don’t rotate on the premises every 10 minutes early in the morning. I finally made it to the front gate for the cab driver to be so rude and obnoxious. I tried to explain to him what had happened but he just gave me attitude. I informed the tour guide and thank God they didn’t have the same attitude as this horrible cab driver. They said they were looking into it and told me to enjoy my day (very professional good customer service) Orange Bay was a lovely experience, a small paradise, and I watched from the boat, along with a quarter of the tourists, see the rest enjoy snorkelling. Food wasn’t the greatest it was a small dish of chips, spaghetti, a couple chicken nuggets, a small piece of beef along with rice. All the staff members on the trip were very friendly with great humour. The staff made things very clear us. It was a lovely day. I really enjoyed myself and would recommend it. The only thing I dreaded in the end was getting in that same cab and seeing the same cab driver again. Fortunately for me the tour guide changed the cab driver. Happy days.

Very comfortable and clean boat. Good snorkelling points with a guide always accompanying us in the water. Simple but good food. Very friendly and competent guides! Thank you!

The whole day was great. An amazing experience with brilliant views both in the water and out. The staff are super friendly and cater to all of your needs. Definitely would do it again
