Good morning. First of all, I address you with the utmost respect regarding any kind of review. However, I hope you understand the entirely arbitrary nature of this situation: we are subject to an evaluation- & the platform demands an urgent response-, yet I do not even know whom I am addressing. I do not know who you are (the username(s) provided do not allow for any identification against the Customers we’ve received). I do not know the date when you –supposedly- undertook the activity with my team, nor the time. Who, when, with whom...? How can I investigate and respond—reliably—to the matters raised without even knowing who I am speaking to? There are many companies in southern Tenerife offering “tandem paragliding flights”. Furthermore, as the Customers reading this will know, I—as the owner—contact each and every one of our guests on the same day of the flight, after the activity, to know their satisfaction. In this instance, I have no record of any prior communication or mention of such profound disappointment. This level of dissatisfaction is not typical of our way of working (and my team of pilots remains the same). Our commitment is ALWAYS to your complete satisfaction—considering you let us know your dissatisfaction close to the activity date, rather than in this "anonymous" manner. "In August"? I am open to investigating what happened. I am available to assist you, as this comment came as a very unpleasant surprise, and we intend to get to the bottom of the matter. You can easily find my contact number/WhatsApp on line: in my humble opinion, it would have been more useful to express your dissatisfaction directly to us, given that we are always fully at our clients' disposal—before, during, and after the activity. I hope you contact me so we can proceed in a constructive manner. By the way, if I haven’t responded until now, it’s because I’m waiting for the platform to intervene against this “arbitrary” nature—given the lack of details regarding who, when, etc.—where not even identification or a reservation/supplier Reference is required for such a highly negative review.
